Welcome to Logo Design San Jose. This website is owned and operated by Logo In Hours LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company. This Refund & Payment Policy explains our payment practices and refund terms for all services provided through this website.
1. Pay Only When You're Satisfied
At Logo In Hours LLC, we believe clients should have confidence in our work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we generally do not require advance payment. You may review the completed work before payment is requested.
2. When Payment Is Due
Payment becomes due when any of the following occurs:
- You approve the final design by email, text message, or other written communication.
- You request the final production files.
- You begin using the completed logo or design for personal or commercial purposes.
- You otherwise confirm acceptance of the completed project.
3. Refund Policy
Because we generally do not collect payment in advance, refunds are typically not applicable.
If payment has already been made for an approved project, refunds are generally not available once:
- Final files have been delivered;
- The design has been approved;
- The design has been used by the client; or
- Ownership of the final work has transferred to the client.
4. Client Satisfaction
We are committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope before final approval.
Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.
5. Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project before final approval if no payment obligation has arisen.
If a separate written agreement requires an advance payment, deposit, or milestone payment, any refund will be governed by that agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All concepts, drafts, previews, mockups, and working files remain the exclusive property of Logo In Hours LLC until payment has been received in full.
Ownership of the approved final design transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
7. Chargebacks
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after approving the work or receiving final files, Logo In Hours LLC reserves the right to present project records, including emails, text messages, invoices, approvals, file delivery records, and other communications, to the payment provider or financial institution as evidence of the completed services.
8. Electronic Communications
Project approvals, revision requests, invoices, quotations, and payment confirmations communicated by email, text message (SMS), or other electronic means are considered valid business communications.
