4. No Advance Payment

- Otherwise accepts the completed project.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be provided during the design process as agreed.
Requests outside the original project scope may require additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All concepts, drafts, previews, mockups, source files, and working files remain the exclusive property of Logo In Hours LLC until payment has been received in full.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, except for any third-party licensed materials, fonts, stock images, or software that remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project information.
- Respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Review designs carefully before approval.
- Ensure they have legal rights to any materials supplied to us.
8. Electronic Communications
By contacting Logo In Hours LLC, you consent to receive communications by email, SMS, telephone, and other electronic means regarding your project.
Electronic approvals, confirmations, invoices, and project instructions shall have the same effect as written communications.
9. Website Content
